Inventory in the Metro area drops again

With the final numbers being released for the end of November 2008, the inventory levels in the Denver area continue to drop. Seasonality has some part to do with the drop, but all in all it looks like we are making some progress in getting some of our inventory sold.
Although less inventory means less options for buyers to choose from, it is a positive thing for owners looking to sell. This could mean that now is a great time to list your home to the open market with less competition to deal with.
